I have strong analytical tendencies, while still thinking outside of the box for creative problem solving. I enjoy coaching and collaborating with others to create an understanding of Health, Safety and Wellbeing.

In amongst all that guff, I really do have a knack with getting the best out of your systems. Be they H&S, Food Safety, or Quality – but my favourite thing of all time to do is connect with your team, find out what’s really going on for them; and create something that’s meaningful for everyone!
